Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of orders, we will contact customers via email or telephone.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic some shipments may be delayed beyond our control.

We are however doing our utmost to get supplies shipped same day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Current we offer standard free shipping. Customer can also add shipping upgrade to expedite shipping, shipping charges for the order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use a variety of carriers based on the size of the order and the speed at which customer requested delivery.

We expect our shipping partners to meet their commitments for shipping times.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic some shipments may be delayed beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

BT Care ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once the order has shipped containing the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BT Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BT Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If customer received the damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy temporarily suspended at this time due to COVID-19. The health and safety of our team members and clients is our top priority therefore all sales are final during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the interest of hygiene, face masks and all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are considered Final Sale. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS.

In order to be eligible for a refund, customer has to return the product within 30 calendar days of the purchase. The product must be in the same condition that customer received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive the return item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method that is used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on the credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or customer has initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, it will not be eligible for a refund.
